What we collect

We collect the email address or WhatsApp number you provide, your chosen contact method, your consent choice, and any campaign tags and referral information attached to your visit. The form also contains a hidden spam-prevention field.

Why we use it

We use these details to send SNOW launch updates and confirmed product information through the contact method you selected, to measure where sign-ups came from, and to protect the form from spam. Joining is optional and is not a purchase.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent to the form service configured by the site operator. The default package uses Netlify Forms; a Cloudflare Pages deployment requires an explicitly configured form endpoint. Any future email or WhatsApp messaging provider should be named here before it is connected. Campaign tags are stored in your browser for up to 30 days so a later sign-up can retain its source.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details should be deleted when they are no longer needed for launch updates or when you withdraw your consent, subject to any legal retention requirement. The operator must set and publish a specific retention schedule before collecting sign-ups.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the privacy address above once published. Each marketing message should also provide an opt-out method. You can clear campaign tags by clearing this site's browser storage.

Tracking

The starter site contains hooks for analytics and advertising pixels, but no such pixels are active in the supplied files. If enabled, this notice and the consent experience must be updated to describe them before activation.
